Max Mehta joined the Bledsoe Self Storage Group of Marcus and Millichap as a Financial Analyst & Transaction Coordinator in June of 2024. Max takes great pride in his work and builds his business through four core fundamentals: Transparency, Honesty, Integrity, and Accuracy.
As a Financial Analyst, Max possesses a high-level financial understanding of all deals throughout the team. In addition to understanding individual deals, Max has a finger on the pulse of both local and national markets. By acknowledging trends in market rates, transactions, and developments, Max can provide accurate and dependable guidance to clients. As a Transaction Coordinator, Max is responsible for streamlining the transaction process to aid in delivering the client the highest priced offer, with the best terms, and the optimal time frame to close. Max also works with Buyers, Sellers, Attorneys, Brokers, Title, and Escrow to ensure documentation is promptly provided and all deadlines are met.
Max holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from The Temple University Fox School of Business. While there, Max was a member of the Temple Finance Association. As well as an Associate Analyst for the Temple University Fox Fund, specializing in Corporate Valuation for the Communications sector.
In his free time, Max enjoys golfing with friends, traveling the world with family, and experimenting in the kitchen with new cocktails and recipes.
