Michael Palladino is a self-storage specialist operating out of the Philadelphia office of Marcus & Millichap, focusing primarily on the Greater Philadelphia MSA and more specifically on his home state of New Jersey. Since joining Marcus & Millichap’s Philadelphia office in 2021, Michael partnered with National leadership in the Self-Storage Division as well the regional property group specialists. This team-oriented approach is taken on each assignment –including sales, acquisitions, financing, repositioning, and development- to meet and exceed the diverse needs of the client base.
Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Michael worked for several years with a Philadelphia-based large-scale multifamily property development group focused on marketing and advertising the Firm’s projects and gained firsthand understanding of all project phases from planning, development, stabilization, recapitalization, all the way through management and sales.
Michael earned his BBA in marketing from LaSalle University Business Program. In his spare time, he enjoys saltwater fishing and visiting his hometown of Ventnor, New Jersey.
Michael is an Associate member of the Self-storage division of Marcus & Millichap.
